Shipping & Returns
- How do I return my package?
- For any returns, send us an email with your order number and the reason why you are returning your product. We will send you a printable return label and cover all related costs! Your funds will be transferred back to your account in 2-3 business days.
- How do I know when my package is going to be delivered?
- We will send you an email or SMS. Sign up to our Coach Chef app and you can receive notifications for when your package is shipped and when it has arrived.
- How fast will my package arrive?
- All meal kits are shipped overnight and should arrive within 24 hours. If it takes longer than 48 hours please contact us so we can refund your purchase. Any overstock items are shipped using standard shipping and typically take 5-7 business days.

Dietary Restrictions
- I have allergies, can Coach Chef change the ingredients in my meal kit?
- Send us an email with your dietary restrictions, we will do our best to make sure you can still get the Coach Chef experience. But, keep an eye out as we are looking to add more dietary restriction friendly options!
Food Safety and Related Information
- Will my food be fresh when it arrives?
- YES! We ship your meal kit overnight in an insulated box with cooling packs. This ensures the safety of your food for 60 hours after leaving our facility. Just make sure to refrigerate your meal kit 24 hours after delivery.
- Will my food still be cold when it arrives?
- YES AGAIN! With our shipping and packaging technologies we can ensure your food will be cold 60 hours after leaving our facility. If it is not, send us an email and we will rectify the issue as fast as we can!
- Where does Coach Chef source it's food from?
- We source our food from Sysco. Sysco is a large food supplier throughout Canada and supplies us food with industry leading quality assurance standards and distribution.
